When will the data / server be deleted if I discontinue to pay for the service ?

If you discontinue to pay for the service, we will begin deleting your data 3 days after the account termination mail sent.

Will I be able to upgrade from one plan to another?

Yes. You can always upgrade from the current plan to any of the CrystalMQ pricing plans and you can pay the difference in the amount on the pro rata basis. Your account will be upgraded automatically, once the current month plan ends. Contact support.

What cloud provider do you use ?

We use DigitalOcean for hosting MQTT Broker. And the MQTT Broker we use is MQTTRoute.

Do you have a back up policy ?

For the Professional and Advanced plans, we have weekly backups enabled by default. This will be a complete backup of the VM. For the other plans, we can enable it at an additional cost.

What is your refund policy ?

Our SLA ( Service-Level-Agreement ) promises 99.99% availability on dedicated server. If the downtime occurred longer than the guaranteed availability, you will get a 7 days refund. For any queries or more information contact Support.

What is your service uptime ?

We guarantee that server will be available minimum 99.99% of the time.

Is there a way I can build an application over your service ?

CrystalMQ is exclusively meant to run powerful Industrial and Commercial IoT Applications. With the availability of Rest based APIs, powerful UI & widgets, you will be able to build your application without any code.

How can I cancel my subscription ?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will be able to do it from the customer console. contact support. if you have any questions on the same.

When will I get billed?

You will be billed every calendar month on the day of your sign up for the service, according to the plan you have chosen. For example if you have signed up on 15th of January, 2021, you will be billed 15th of every month, starting from January 2021.

Which payment method do you accept?

We will accept credit or debit card payments.

How secure is my data?

We use SSL to secure data in transit. Also, we are compliant with GDPR (The General Data Protection Regulation) on processing your personal data such as email addresses, billing addresses, etc.
